I found the wide mouth at Babies R Us ..

In fact, I have used both Dr. Brown and Playtex ventaire. Playtex I prefer Dr. Brown for a couple of reasons: 1) Dr. Brown bottle leaked in the portfolio 2) Straw Cleaner can get lost and it is a mess to clean Just keep in mind you'd expect from a bottle of your choice.
