Is there a way to connect an internal hard drive to another computer via USB?

I have a hard drive failing I have to do backups (of my HP G60). Has been broken in the sense that I can still recover the files but I can not run as the main hard drive or otherwise be blocked. So is there a way to connect to another computer via USB port, is there such a thing you can buy?

There are adapters you can use. You have to remove hard drive and connect the adapter though. USB 3.0 2.5 "/ 3.5" HDD SATA Adapter Cable Ask around any computer store will know.
