Water Bladder

Water Bladder
Bladder Infection linked to drink enough water, right?

I have what I think is an infection of the bladder – I'll check with a physician. But I wonder, can this be caused by not drinking enough water?

Yes, this is an indispensable factor for the problem in women. Not drinking enough liquid, the liquid takes longer to accumulate in the bladder to the point of feeling the need to go. He sits there, much more concentrated, which has a nice pool for the bacteria that are present or not able to make their way in. They have a chance to weed and cause infections. If you notice a strong smell of ammonia when you go, or urine is dark, or is more than 3-4 hours between the so-called bathroom, then you too can have this problem. Your first line of defense is flood the system with fluids. Just about anything works based on the water, although the water does dry faster. There are many women who have good luck with juice or cranberry juice blends cranberrry too. Do you want to drink enough liquid to be going to the bathroom at least every hour or two. Also go to paper plain white, and be very careful to wipe front to back. Go commando night, or whenever he can to increase airflow and decrease the total bacterial count in the general area. Avoid pantyhose and tight-fitting trousers, underwear and synthesis. Wear cotton instead of all, no cotton crotch nylon type lining. With early attention, sometimes you can actually "clean" away the problem and avoid antibiotics, and thrush / yeast infections often follow. And yes, the drink until the molars float.
