Whats the difference between ACUs and Multicam?

i know theres a pattern difference, but besides that, what will be changed? will there still be velcro tapes for last name and service branch? will the breast pockets be velcro and angled? or will it go back to BDUs with sewn on tapes and vertical pouches? and will it be zippered or buttoned for the blouse and pants?

also, where can i get a pair of multicam BDUs? i found a few vendors, but they all seem different. some have velcro shoulder pouches, others are different material. where can i get official US Army multicam BDUs?

ACU is a cut of clothing. It’s like a tuxedo is a cut of a type of suit. Multicam is a Camouflage Pattern and can be ACU Multicam which is what some special units do wear. BDU is another cut.

Crye is the official maker of the pattern. Tru Specs and others have the rights to use Crye’s pattern to make Multicam ACUs. You can get Multicam with zippers. Popper makes Multicam BDUs.

There is no official army Multicam ACU (the current cut). The Army went with Universal Digital Camouflage ACUs.

Gastric bypass (also called bariatric surgery) closes off a large portion of the stomach, leaving only a pouch the size of an egg. Gastric bypass works by restricting food intake.
