Italian Footie question?

at Juventus and AC Milan strip just above the crest of the team have a green and white red target, what does this mean? who have won or something!? Acute thanks!

It is the scudetto "(with Italian flag colors) used by the team that won the Italian championship past. So do not say that Italy won the championship that year, but they say he won the scudetto in xxxx Forza Milan!
