Where I can find winter boots for men at a good price that are still in style?

Where is a good place to buy winter boots men for a good price? I need to find boots that will be warm and waterproof, yet somewhat still in fashion. I do not want to spend a lot, without embargo. The other day I saw a pair of Sporto boots lowered to 25 dollars and I get no kick to them! (I can not remember where I saw them.) I tried / Army Surplus Marina store and saw nothing I liked. I have tried Walmart, Kohl's, Target, Marshall. It's like trying to find a bathing suit in the middle of summer. I am looking into eBay, but evevn some of the most pleasant are more than willing to spend. * Sigh * I'm not sure. I guess I can look at Target and Walmart again, but not really had a lot. Maybe after Christmas will have more. Ah – now I went to Dunham and his selection was horrible. They were also most want to spend, they were like $ 75 $ 200.
