What is the name of French toilets that flush with Hot Water to clean your soldiers?

Has anyone tested and are effective? It is likely to do a better job than toilet paper. , Right?

The water is warm and keep soap by your side. Pressure the water takes some getting used to. But above all, it is very important to bring a towel with you.
