Okay i am a rower (a sport if you didnt know), and this weekend i have a regatta in which i am competeing in a mid-weight catagory which is 138lbs and below. i weight 140lbs and i have to get down to 138, or preferablly below, in about two days. i need to know what is the fastest way to get down without like sweating it out before the weigh in. i dont care if it isnt healthy i only have to do it for two days. what can i do to lose weight, but maintain strength and hydration????? i need your help PLZ!

Don’t eat any carbohydrates like bread, cereal, rice or pasta. Even the whole wheat kind. It takes more water for your body to break these down therefore you will retain more water when you eat them. It is best if you eat lean protein fish/chicken, raw veggies are best and fresh fruit, plus lots of water. You could even have fruit smoothies. Just these things should lower you water weight and get you to 138.
