How I can get the shoulder muscles and pecks?

I have 15 years old and i weigh 9.5 stone. I have pretty big biceps and a very good package six (probably because I pisito game), but my shoulder muscles and pecks are not big enough for me, so does anyone have any idea from what I can do to build. I'm thinking how I can do a routine as every night or something?
