What shoes and bag should I get for school?

So at the end of July, plan on getting ready for school as I go by month in August. Bags and shoes What options do you prefer? Therefore, the Navy is the black skirt, black stockings cardigan, white shirt, red and Navy Blue tie.

I like the first bag and the second pair of shoes.
