Saw Drum
Saw Drum
What is the difference between the drums and drums rhythm regular?
I am a beginner and drummer apparently i was online for some drums and saw some black pearl drums. What was the drum beat for word as "Rhythm Drum Set Black Pearl." I was like, what? Then did'nt say that in any other drums. So I'm confused. Can you help me please?
I think you are talking about the pace Pearl Traveler established. Not exactly the same as a traditional battery. It is as more of a practice game but can play live with it. The drums are smaller that most of the kits … toms are 10, 12, 14 with a 13×5 trap. The drums are quite shallow (5 inches), and do not use a lower membrane, which I dislike. The reason is so they can stack inside each other to save space. It's a good idea for someone who needs to cart around a battery in a small car but I really would not recommend it as your primary battery. There are plenty of more conventional sets in the same price range. You may check out the Pearl line Vision.

Marching to the beat of her own drum
Copyright (c) 2010 Christine Kloser
For most of my life I've been conditioned to march to the beat a familiar drum … the drum that says, "fall in line, do not break the mold, doing what others do, follow the pack, not make waves, fit in with the crowd, etc "The rhythm of the drum had become so familiar to me that neither he realized he was playing in the background of my life.
In all honesty, who beat family had been running my life. Yes, I stepped out of the usual nine to five corporate mold that society teaches us is what success looks like. But I went into a corporate mold that had a similar coup … "Do what others do." And I did – for several years – until I realized that I wanted to be marching to the beat of that drum more.
And so the search began to march to the beat of my own drum … to work deep inside to discover what is true and correct to me. I made great progress in my search. I found much more security within myself, while feeling less security and externally. The beauty is that I'm finding solace in the "I do not know." Because what I know, I'm starting to march to the beat of my own drum. And, certainly, it makes external uncertainty not a problem.
So, what is needed to march to the beat of his own drum?
His Opening Eyes
First, you must open your eyes to the truth of what is happening within you and around you. You must increase your level of awareness and become very aware of your own thoughts, feelings, motivations, etc. It is only when you start to open our eyes to the truth (and I forget to see and feel) that can be start to change what does not work. For many years I had an inner intuition that something was not quite right with part of my business. And it was not until he looked into the dark corners for the first time I saw what I wanted to change, how I wanted to spend and what I had been holding back from a life of total freedom. And, no nothing to do with my business, but everything to do with me!
Therefore, one step is to take a look and see if anything has been going blind it is the time for you display.
Compassion
Please, please, please … have compassion for you in this journey. I used to think that every time I saw something nasty about myself, my life or business that is "supposed" to use it to beat me. Nothing could be further from the truth. When you open your eyes and begin to see things … you must learn to have compassion for yourself by being more aware and free yourself at a deeper level. Marching to the beat of her own drum requires that you love to follow (which is a great phrase I got from my spiritual teacher), not to punish. So, as you do the work to find the rhythm SU, have pity for you that you have been so far. You have always done just the best he could with what he knew at that time.
Therefore, the second step is to allow yourself to see something that does not work for you and have compassion for yourself as you see it.
Commitment
I love the word commitment! I learned many years ago, the first personal development program I attended in 1995, that commitment equals freedom! At first, I thought the coach was crazy, but the more he thought, the more I saw the truth in this. When you are fully committed to something (in this case, its authentic expression in the world) has no another option. Your chance of being "less than your best authentic self" get taken away. And, that's a good thing! Why do you want to commit to nothing less than to achieve its authentic expression in the world 100%! It makes no sense. Therefore, if you're walking on this journey to march to the beat of his own drum … Commit to it! And let me take you where you're supposed to go.
Therefore, the third step is to make a commitment to yourself that you are right now do whatever is necessary to release the "must" for your life and learn to march to the beat of his own drum!
