What kind of bag I need for a 7 day trek?

I will northumberland / Scotland for seven days on foot! This is the first time hiking so any advice on what type of bag I need is cheapish … under £ 50ish and I can recommend good places to buy? thanks! 50L or 100L?

I have one for hiking in Germany / Poland i I have mine in the millet, mines outside the United Kingdom very large store with all the support, enhanced again, etc, i only paid £ 40 as Karrimor does too!
