Anyone doing Chalean Extreme exercise program?
They say you should eat (maximum) 1500 calories a day to begin Phase 1. I have 41 females, weigh 203 pounds and am 5foot 6. My BMR is like 1657. I've been making sculptures with light weights for a few years (and only 5 to 8 pounds dumbells) for it's not that I'm a newbie. My work is an asset, I mailhandler in the post office. My job involves standing, pushing stock material, the load of mailboxes in conveyor belt, etc. Should I eat more than 1500 a day? Maybe 1650-1700? Please help!
I would like to speak with a nutritionist and see about how to get a metabolic test. You can find out how many calories you burn a normal day and can tailor a diet / exercise program off that.
