It is a natural Black Diamond-1.39 carats tw.
I just want to know what the value is.

Tough to say with out actually seeing the Black Diamond in person. This is a field in which Hands-ON is Best.
I can Tell you this, average wholesale price on Black Diamonds is about $50-$75 Dollars per carat right now and the average retail mark-up is about 5 times. So rough calculation: 1.39x$75×5=approx $520.00
