What red circles around the eye, does that mean?
I woke up this mourning and rubbed his eyes. But when I looked in the mirror my eyes were swollen and had red circles around them. I put a warm cloth on them, but what the red circles mean??
In my experience, has shown not a bad hangover or demonic possession. But yes, I suppose you could also just be irritation.
