What priority would lead to a thriving national U.S.?

1) The expansion of the welfare state through government entitlements as health care 2) The reduction of public debt

3) reduce taxes and spending! If these bulbs would cut taxes low, increase revenue. This would reduce the debt. All costs of this shit is killing us and is unsustainable.

U.S. and the EU during the Battle for Online Gambling

U.S. and the EU Battle Over Online Gambling:

United States (U.S.) and the Union (EU) are currently fighting in the illegal gambling on the Internet Enforcement Act (UIGEA) and possible violations of the World Trade Organization (WTO)

The EU accuses U.S. violating the terms established by the WTO in relation to online gambling companies operating in Europe.

A formal complaint can be challenged in the U.S. in the near future by the distance Gaming Association (RGA) in relation to the exclusion online games market in the United States, "It looks very much as if the matter will be sent to the WTO at the end of the Commission's investigation," said Van Den Hende vein, counsel for the RGA. The complaint also alleges that the U.S. has continued to allow certain entities based online game in America, such as processing gambling and betting on horse racing, despite the UIGEA, 2006

U.S. search in millions of dollars in damages if a formal complaint the WTO is filed.

The RGA was also a strong supporter of the recently passed bill (HR 6870) by Barney Frank, who challenged the original UIGEA 2006 and the UIGEA Clarification Act (HR 6663) expresseing strong support for its sponsors to take positive steps to clarify the law.

The EU Commission is expected TBR conclude its investigation and reach a decision before the end of this year. The decision will determine whether the case will be sent to WTO for determination, followed by sanctions awarded against the U.S. if he wins the European Union. However, if (HR 6663) becomes law go far to satisfy the concerns of the RGA and the EU.

Clive Hawkswood, Chief Executive of the RGA, said: "We took our case directly to U.S. legislators who have heard our message, understood inequity of the Department of the position of judges "and thanked both the injustice in their
policies and the risk to U.S. interests and the priority their reputation if the policy pursued further. This could be an important step in demonstrating that the RGA rule of law and the integrity of the WTO are still important in Washington.

Although this is a good sign, unless the legislation is passed and comes into force, all EU operators who have ever taken part in the U.S. market are potentially still under threat of prosecution and we will have to follow
this matter you have to go for a reasonable and fair justice.

As representatives of the EU industry have nothing but praise for the supporters who have UIGEA Clarification Act acted decisively to resolve a dispute unnecessary and avoidable, and safeguard the basic principles of equity and trade relations between the U.S. and the EU. "
