What’s a good place to buy khaki or navy uniform pants?

So, for school I must have uniform pants. I can have any color of twill pant, but I prefer to keep it simple and stick with khaki, and navy. (i’m 15 by the way) They can be from anywhere, as long as they don’t have cargo pockets or are jeans. I would rather not spend more than like $25.. and I previously bought at Aeropostal, but they’re sizes are weird on me. (They fit pretty well in the butt and part of my thighs, but they just feel baggy and blehh) I want something thats a little slimmer through the knee and more of a slim fit. Must be low waisted AND they HAVE to come in longs/tall. And be somewhere I can try them on. (A store haha)
