Dermatology! Small pink circles on upper thigh help me find what it is!!!!?

I have two bright pink circles on my upper thigh on the front side. They are about the size of peas and are perfect circles. They don’t itch or anything like a ringworm might and it’s way smaller and brighter pink. It’s not marker because it won’t come off and I haven’t done anything with markers or anything! They weren’t there yesterday and I just woke up and there they were. Sorry I couldn’t get any pictures, my camera’s down.I’m really scared please help ASAP!

Maybe bed bugs.

If the edge of the circle is a darker color than the inside, it’s probably ringworm.
