Anyone know of hard-pet camping equipment?

I go camping in June and 90 pounds taking my black lab great dane mix with me. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a bed for me. I usually use an air mattress, but I know my dog sleep in it with me and not sure if he's lanced. Is there Very Durable air beds there? Or any other ideas? I thought in a crib, but my dog sleeps with me every night in my bed, so he knows and I used to fit on a cot, and prolly will not be able to break the habit of sleeping with him with me. All ideas are welcome! Thanks!
