Choosing a North Face Backpacking Backpack for John Muir Trail?

I’m trying to decide between the Primero 85 and the Crestone 75 for a 15-20 day trek along the John Muir trail this summer. Which one should I pick, or are there better options?

I answered your second question and both those packs are good.Try to find a place where you can try them on loaded down and see how they fit for you. Long treks are not the place to be suddenly deciding that the pack is too uncomfortable. Of these two I would pick the Primero as it holds more. As I said before I have an older model Gregory Denali that I won’t leave home with out.
