Three Point
If you start a slam dunk from the three point line, does it still count as a three pointer?

Like if you’re jump started from outside the three point line and if you were still in air when you dunked it.
You all make great arguments but I’m not sure if it is where you release it because if you are behind the three point line and you jump two feet forward and while still in mid-air release the ball, it’s still a three. I might be wrong, but I’ve seen that happen before

I think it would as long as you dont touch the rim(although, maybe it doesnt matter if you touch the rim, idk)…….i cant believe people are saying it depends on where the ball is released…..i wonder if those people have ever seen the countless times refs take time to look at video of where the shooter’s feet were when they shot, not where the ball was when it released their hands…..
