average cost for installing white oak floors per square foot to be completed.?

furnished 5 "wide. remove existing carpet and underlying soils are installed. Then sanding and finishing. No stains. Estimated 775 square. feet waist factor of 10%. Simply I can not find someone online that can give an idea of average labor cost per sq. ft. What are the factors for determining the cost per square foot for no white oak hardwood 5 "wide.

Just finish the installation and will run around $ 5 as / f more materials (+ – a bit of course). This is just work. any material or extras as ot old RIP, disposal, soil preparation if necessary, etc. Does not matter if it is 2 "or 5" cost boards be the same as / f format.
