Hello. My Pepper Corn Tree (Schinus Molle) is always dropping leaves.?

Any ideas on what may be causing this. The tree is watered and I can say is healthy enough new growth to appear at the top. Thank you for your help.

OK, simple answer is, do not worry. I have two and the leaves are falling throughout the year, normal for this tree. I do not mine or water, are very difficult and its deep roots. Very common here in Southern California because they are so hard and resistant to disease.
