99 Cavalier – The alternator does not charge – please help!?

My drive started to run slow, difficult climb up small hills trouble getting 30mph.We more than replaced the coil pack, modular nothing.Ignition was bad, replaced left-that.Starter replaced battery light was on and the battery it.The not loaded.
