Why do some African Americans that the midnight shade of black?

I have a few African friends and not all different shades of darkness in my friend Troy is as dark shadows He mixtures. My other friend is almost as blank Ric hes looks like Michael Jackson. Why do some African-Americans have different shades of darkness.

Because certain color is needed in West and Central Africa to protect the people of the sun.
