The Best Recipe chicken. Family Line Up!
In the recent Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show in Albuquerque, we have done enough Santa Fe chicken to serve 5,000. Some of our customers call this Chicken Chile, but it originated in Santa Fe when other vendors were opening bags of chips to serve with salsa, we kept to our philosophy that cooking real food real demands. If we are to be in the specialty food business, which is better than cooking. Three hundred pounds chicken, onion and cilantro bunches half and fifteen are directed to our effort, but the results were impressive.
Many satisfied customers walked away with our salsa verde and a new chicken recipe. Something magical occurs when the Green Chile Chicken and cheese together. The flavors blend and become one. The fierceness Green Chile gives way to a more pronounced flavor statement, the protein that allows for the submission. Each year we receive hundreds of requests for our recipes. Some say that their children have become addicted to the taste and I imagine it's a good thing. In the fast world of football, baseball and scouting, we are happy to manufacture and promote food quality products.
As with all recipes from our kitchen, this gourmet meal can be accomplished in thirty minutes.

About the Author
Chuck Machado is President of New Mexico Chile Company
http://www.coyotechile.com
In 2000 he visited the state of New Mexico and thinking he was there to purchase real estate, fell in love with Green Chile. His wife almost threw him out of the house when he arrived home with 1000 pounds of frozen green chile. One day she asked him if he planned on buying the family another freezer because there was no room for hamburger. As Chuck & Jennie began cooking with the chile they discovered a gourmet recipe that launched them into the specialty foods business. Their sauces, under the label Coyote Trail, have won many awards most notably for the BEST RED CHILE in the state of New Mexico. Today, their gourmet sauces can be purchased at retail stores throughout the Southwest or on line through their web site where quick cooking recipes can also be found.
Will catch wild dogs heartworm?
I `ll admit I havent done much research on my question, but I was thinking this when I was giving my dog medication. I find it funny that domesticated dogs need chemicals to prevent disease, however, foxes, coyotes and wolves do not have anyone to put the flea and tick medicine on them or give them drugs for heart worm.
Some of the natural breeding groups that wolves, foxes, coyotes and have a system that fights heartworm or other worms. Think about it, they eat raw. They get no meds for fleas, ticks, worms or heartworms. It seems that they all die out as a kind of all diseases. However, do not. Could it be that the immune system of our dogs are damaged in all chemicals and croquettes? The natural breeding groups do not use any chemicals. They have their dogs tested, but do not get heartworm.
