unknown pain in the middle of the body?

My friend has pain in the center of your body. It's like the center of your chest (between your chest area) and can go right turn between the shoulder blades. I've searched in Google but has not really anything specific. Its kind of weird spasm acute pain. She says that when you set and will move some sort of sharp pain that feels like kind of a spasm. When she was a Malibu yesterday, said that kind of felt too thick to swallow? Please help she will go to doctors, but I thought someone here could help?

omg was that really scares me and I asked my mom who is a dr said no long been one of his patients admitted complaning occurred in the same pain the next day he was killed is not known for good luck evrybody
