In California, farmers pay a lower price water for the residents of the city. What is this allocation of water resources? Is this efficient water distribution? Is it This fair use of scarce water resources? Explain why or why not.
I think so. Because farmers are using this water to grow food for residents to eat. I want to pay the same price as residents? That will result in food prices rise astronomically. Maybe you'll be glad paying $ 5 for a pope. Maybe not. Your call.
