Wondering why my children can not have juice?

Do not give any juice do not need it. They eat plenty of fruits and vegetables all day because they like it. They drink for hydration, so water them all the time and then twice a day I give them a ration of milk. I guess if they were very challenging and not get any fruit or vegetables so I could make a little juice for them to fruit and vegetables, but eat it is simply not necessary. Juice for my children would be nothing but empty calories, so I prefer to drink calorie-free water. It's good for them! :-) If people give their children juice which is fine, but I do not think it necessary or necessarily healthy unless their children refuse to eat just one piece of fruit or vegetable.
