That's a pretty package, but … The combined length x width x depth more than the limit of 45 inches that most airlines set maximum. The depth of 13.5 inches is the problem. That will make it impossible to fit in the overhead storage on most airplanes. Get a bag of nine inches deep in the container is hard enough trying to fit in a bag 13 inches, probably will not work. However, it will depend both on whether or not to pack so complete that includes dimensions. If the actual depth of packing is closer to 9 inches, then you should be OK. If fully packed, would not surprise me if the gate agent asks you to review.
