Isabella Backpack
North Face Isabella Backpack Question?
The back of the North Face Isabel (the woman) the bag is supposed to be difficult to correct? (As if had a card in there) By the way, I'm not saying it's made of cardboard, but as something there that is, for example feels as if you put a carton there.
I doubt there is cardboard in a modern backpack. Maybe a plastic framesheet? According to the website has a "laminated sewn rear panel, but do not know what that might indicate?

Ecuador – Places to visit – a Guide for Travelers
The capital city of Ecuador is Quito – a beautiful place built high in the mountains. For those with a head for heights take the cable car phone from the base of the Pichincha volcano fabulous views of the city. A 2800 m above sea level altitude in itself City takes a little getting used to! Quito is divided into two very distinct parts – old and new. Old Quito is very nice and very European feel – if so many great places, beautiful churches, cobbled streets surrounded by buildings in pastel shades. The new city has more of the services, tourist shops, banks, tour operators, luxury hotels, restaurants and bars, but their appearance has nothing in the old town. Most people choose to remain in the new city as it is safer in the dark each time more nightlife backpackers.
Only 30k away from Quito is the Equatorial Monument – the center of the earth (which may be updated by bus from the station bus in the north between the old and new district of the city) – Ecuador its location in the line of Ecuador is the origin of its name. Mitad del Mundo is a monument erected in what was thought to be the place where he meets 0 degrees longitude 0 degrees latitude. Unfortunately for the monument builders was years after that point where there is real this is, in fact, 200 c. far from the monument – but definitely still a fun place to visit and take the obligatory photos at the 'center earth. "There is a whole interesting museum inside the monument on all indigenous communities in Ecuador – there are many more than you think!
The wonderful Termas de Papallacta are just 67k east of Quito, along the route taken in 1542 by Spanish conquistador Francisco de Orellana of crossing the mountain range the Andes in order to discover the Amazon River. At 3,300 meters above sea level the views from the heart of the Andes are amazing – be prepared to a bus trip though slightly andrenalin full and those who are afraid of heights should not take the window seat! The value of Papallacta hydrothermal springs is due to its location between two volcanoes Cayambe and Antisana – the termperature springs at the source varies from 30 degrees to 70 degrees and 36-40 pools defatting. A highlight of any trip to Ecuador sits in a natural hot pool, carved into the rock, surrounded by the mist that clings to the peaks of the Andes – is really breathtaking. The medical association Ecuador, certify that the waters have medicinal benefits and a beautiful spa complex and a multitude of massages and treatments to choose from at bargain prices that guaranteed to come out feel like a new person. You'll have to stay overnight in the complex is a long from anything else – no budget options at the bottom of the road that goes to the spa (C. a road to two miles) of the same spa has 32 rooms with heating, fireplace, private bath and its own private hot spring pools. Find some friends hotel in Quito and head as a group to save on costs.
You can fly from Quito to the Galapagos Islands, which if you have the money should not be lose! The Galapagos are an archipelago of 1000 km from the Ecuadorian coast impressive. They live and surpass all expectations – which are usually based on programs beautifully filmed wildlife are very high! The only drawback is that a one-week trip will be a problem set you back anything from £ 1k – £ 1.5K – but if you can find the funds from its worth every penny. The wildlife here is so abundant and so comfortable with humans that exist along side by the end of your stay weeks almost become flames on sat eating his dinner with a sea lion at your feet! The expectations on the experiences to come is built as soon as they step off the plane and walk down the runway to the "airport" (wooden hut covered with canvas) over the heads of sleeping iguanas, enjoying the warmth of the tarmack, on the fly. The fauna is incredible and it will be closer than you ever imagined – from blue-footed boobies of giant tortoises, pelicans, penguins, flamingos, iguanas, sharks, dolphins and whales – that will blow your mind! Different ecosystems on each island are fascinating and if you can get yourself in a land tour that allows you to be in some of the larger islands rather than simply to do with the masses in a "cruise" type trip is well worth it. Do not miss the many highlights in Isabel Island, like walking through a lava field and through lava tunnels (be sure to check for any volcano warning though – this is still very active!). Top tip – make sure you get the passport stamp – must be one, if not the best in the world …. we will not ruin the surprise!
From the bus station in Quito's old town you can get a bus to the small mountain town of Latacunga – here you can organize trips the Cotopaxi volcano and Lake Quilatoa (we booked with expeditions Tovar and were very well kept – tovarexpeditions@hotmail.com .) Cotopaxi volcano is impressive and perfect image – ask the child to draw a volcano and its efforts would be seen as Cotopaxi! It is possible to climb the volcano – for less adventurous you can take the path (one vertical at an altitude 4800 meters) to the Base Camp and from there reach the beginning of the glaciers. Alternatively, if you ready for a challenge – you can choose to stay at base camp during the night and climb to the summit at 4:00 a.m. with crampons – a great challenge and experience! Quilatoa lake Beautiful – a sunken crater lake full of very friendly but totally toxic turquoise waters and surrounded by grazing alpaccas. The journey from Latacunga to the lake is one of the best South America, with beautiful scenery and offer rare insights indegenous communities happened on the road.
The next destination is where you can Riobamba board the train spectacular – the Devil's Nose (Nariz del Diablo) the views of this train journey is impressive, but the departure times are erratic and the city itself offers very little in order to check this before your arrival. A penalty is the issue of Riobamba Mountain Bike trip to Chimborazzo – the highest volcano in Ecuador at 6,300 m of the summit. The hike to the summit is not as steep as the Cotopaxi despite the higher altitude is an easy walk up. The views in mountain bike Chimborazzo are impressive, but be prepared for a bumpy ride!
The little spa town of Bath is well worth a visit – do not expect much from baths themselves, though the city is full of character and for those who enjoy horseback riding are some beautiful walks nearby.
Cuenca Third largest city in Ecuador after Guayaquil and Quito – has a very European feel to it that has large green spaces and beautiful churches. A bus ride south is the riverside town of Loja – a convenient place to stop on the way of beautiful Vilcabamba, but offering little to do.
Near the border with Peru is the backpacker haven of Villcabamba – a great place to relax for a few days (or weeks!) before taking on Peru. There are some great places to stay, as Rumi Wilko eco lodge on the banks of the River. Swimming in the river, walk the mountain trails, horseback riding and massages negotiation, make this a highlight Ecuador.
