How to stay hydrated when skiing
Believe it or not studies show that people are more susceptible to dehydration when exercising during cold weather months. Since it is necessary to use extra layers of clothing, you actually sweat more and generally do not even realize because all the sweat is absorbed by the extra layers. You may feel like you are freezing, however, still losing essential moisture simply because you're breathing. So many people do not feel thirsty and winter as they would if they just sweat so much in the summer, and as a result do not drink enough. This is especially common when you go skiing. You are usually wearing layers of clothing than usual, you're flying down the slopes at high speed in the cold air, and it is fun – It can easily be seen not thirsty. So take precautions to stay hydrated when you go skiing – there are many easy ways to help you do it.
First of all, bring your own water. The act of skiing can make you lose up to two liters of sweat, as they are exerting so much energy. It is essential that you do not expect until you are thirsty, but drink steadily and at regular intervals throughout the time is out of skiing. It is best to take a minimum of one liter of water with you. Water is best to drink to stay hydrated and you should stay away from fruit juices and soft drinks. They are diuretics and high sugar content, simply can make more thirsty than before. If you also bring snacks to eat during breaks, be sure not to eat too much salt or sugar.
You should also bring a copy of Pack – naturally, of course, have to carry the water somewhere. However, it also can carry more than one liter in a bag on especially if you think you'll be out longer than two hours.
You may consider getting a camel pack to help you stay hydrated too. One package fits like a camel jacket around his torso. Closed by zippers or clips on the front and there is a reserve within the package can contain different amounts of water. There is also a tube that can connect to your mouth, but basically just a straw that allows you to remove the liquid from the herd of camels.
By putting the end of the tube inside your waist band or jacket, you can prevent freezing in cold days ". However, some packages use a camel system that keeps the tube to get frozen.
Finally, just do not overdo it. Let yourself go often or at least regular rest breaks, and take the time to use any water you decide to use, and of course, have fun!

Can you run Hydration Packs have more than one liter?
For distances over 10 miles, I'd be able to take a just over 1 liter of liquid. especially on hot days. 0.75 I have a waist pack … I think 0.75 or 1 liter, but it doesn't last long … Do may increase in size that are not too heavy?
I have a Hydration Bladder 1.5 liters however, that did not come with a bag you need for a lightweight bag to go with it (this is a check in a platypus) – your local store to see what they have outdoor
