Hydration System? CamelBak belt or fuel?

Advantages and disadvantages of both? For marathons and 50ks. Or even half-marathon. His preference?

fuel treadmill, are 4 and 6 bottles botlte versions, I used version 4 bottle of my Ironman training,,, 6 is an excess,,, I didn't even need to use one for the Ironman race because they had water and Gatorade every mile aid stations … if you are making a eco-challenge or another adventure race where you need another computer / equipment, and high water and are not running, go to the camel's back,,, contrary to what many people have been saying, the latest fuel belts do not turn around … if you're training for the marathon or 50K, and making the 20-mile training runs, you can always hide one or two liter bottles somewhere along the route to replenish the belt, but four bottles on the tape along with a few gel packs GU should last 12 to 15 miles, where most races long trainig will be, so no need to reload, you do not need much water or Gatorade … go with Fuel Belt
