What should I do? Is it sexual harrassment or not?

I have a little bit of a problem… My step dad keeps grabbing my butt and slapping it and stuff. And he keeps saying things to me like ‘ooh, love that shirt! I can almost see your tits”… And yesterday when he came in from hunting he put his arms around my waist and pushed himself up agaist me and said, ‘well, you’re looking sexy this morning!’

You have more than a bit of problem. You step dad is sexually harrassing you and he may go even further if left unchecked. You don’t say how old you are. Your mother must be so lovestruck with this monster until she can’t see him for the monster that he is. If a man does what you say your step dad does to any woman it would be considered sexual harrassment. He has no respect for you, your mother or probably women in general. Your record, unless you are a fugitive from the law, would have no bearing on this situation were you to go to the police; however, your mother may not defend you and she may get very angry with you. Are you finished with High School? Can you move into your own place, or move in with close relatives who you would of course first confide in about the reason you need to move?
