Seasoning Tips for roasting whole pig?

In about 2 weeks I'm having a pig roast. We have the toaster, but I've never roasted a pig before and I'm a bit stumped by the seasoning. I love hot things, but do not want go to the hot path, as some guests do not like. Also, there are recipes with tons garlic, I can handle a very small amount, but I love it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

if you want to be like salt style for pork roast yet. I have used many times and has received rave reviews worldwide. pig's name is Kahlua.
