My Biotivia Bioforge Review
Firstly I would like to mention that Biotivia Bioforge is certainly the most beneficial natural product I have actually consumed. Not just for increasing testosterone, but a perfectly rounded testosterone enhancer. I started out Biotivia Bioforge roughly 2 month back. The initial use was to utilize Biotivia Bioforge as PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) to assist bring my natural androgenic hormone or testosterone levels back up to normal, and to assist preserve the muscle tissue I had acquired while on my RPN Havoc cycle.

VASCULARITY – 10/10
Being a larger guy, my veins can be stubborn to present. Certainly not with Bioforge, within 30 minutes of ingesting my dose I would feel my forearms getting hard, tight and my veins were out bulging. I got a lot of words of flattery from many people in the gym, buddies and family members in this aspect and that made me one completely happy man.
STRENGTH – 10/10
I lost nothing in PCT (Post Cycle Therapy). I did not lose 1 a single lb on the scale and not 1 pound in the weight room. That is certainly unusual in my opinion. Generally for the period of PCT if you can get away with a small amount of lbs dropped you did good, so being that I essentially maintained all my lean muscle gains is honestly amazing.
RECOVERY – 9/10
I lifted serious during the whole bottle. I was consuming EAA (Essential Amino Acids) which did assist recuperation time in between sets, but I know for a certainty the Biotivia Bioforge also performed a substantial role in helping that as well.
MOOD – 9/10
Under no circumstances did I ever get exceedingly hostile/outraged which can be a side effect of testosterone boosters. The first couple of days, during PCT I did get a bit moody but after that I was golden. I sensed a terrific since of well being and alpha male. In the gym aggression was first class!

what would become of me if my diet is well?
want to lose fat! and my diet is a mess, so I was wondering what is likely to happen to me if I continue like this. this is what happens. Some days, I feel very determined to eat the right amount of calories. Like my calorie maintenance level 1300kcal is around, so it is necessary to eat around 900kcal to lose weight. then other days, I would not be able to put up with, and eating around 1200-1800kcal. and then I feel bad, and odd cycle continues. so my diet is very unstable, some days i eat a lot and other days, I eat the right amount. ….. I will maintain my weight, or weight gain, or … miraculously … lose? I would like to know more, please do not sarcastic comments. Helpful answers only thank you very much in advance!
You forgot to set the number of calories your body burns without exercise.I have tried so many diets in my life that I have failed. Diets do not work eat what you want in moderation. It took a long time to realize that usually eat 6 times a day and I lost about 10 pounds in the course of a month. I use this site called slim.com and helps me to control how many calories they consume. It is a free site, so do not have to participate in all that it entails to give your card number credit. I learned that to reach a healthier weight means you have to change the way you view food. Processed foods are horrible for you. Avoid at all costs. So now your probably wondering ok good, then what could I eat? make your own food. That is the key and always eating every 2-3 hours helps keep your metabolism. Also The more you work out more than you could eat. Many do not understand why, but here I'll explain. His body alone, without any ex cerise typically burns 2,500 calories. So let's say I walked for 1 hour at normal pace of walking say 2 mph burns 229 calories. So now let's add what your body burns usually work at 2500 + 229 = 2729 calories a day that would burn 2729 calories walking now the trick is to eat 500 calories less than 2729 is the amount of calories to eat to lose 1 pound a week. If you had to walk every day for 1 hour of eating 2229 calories a day you lose a pound. Your question why you subtract 500?? to lose a book you need to burn 3,500 calories 500×7 (each weekday) = 3500. Be prudent in decisions taking with food, because 2229 calories is a good amount of food. You would not want 1000 calories waist in a big mac with raw potatoes when it might be a tuna sandwich with cheese and chips for half the calories. Beware of May its loaded with calories.
