Where and how to mount a punching bag?

I am interested in buying a punching bag 100 pounds. These cost about $ 150 at Dicks Articles sport (I do know where I can find a good one for cheap, please tell me). And is there a cost Dicks around $ 350 (again, if you can find a cheaper than tell), which is extremely expensive. So how on earth that i hanging on my basement ceiling? A stand would be too cumbersome and can get in the way of a foot or hand input, so I'd hang up. How I can do? Be specific in answering, as the type of hooks and other things the use and where in the ceiling. Thanks
