Great Deal
Great Deal

What does it mean when the "great flexibility" appears in the job description?
I am currently applying for a position in my field. The employer shall include one of the soft skills they are looking for "great flexibility." Not sure if that means that someone can cover several positions, says a temporary fill in as receptionist counter, etc? Or does it mean a candidate who is flexible with working hours, benefits, etc? Does anyone have any idea?
I think it could mean a lot of things, you could say that are many hours, days, etc, or might even say you are able to do more than one type of work and duty.
