California knife laws …?

I wondered if this crusade Gerber would be legal to carry everywhere in California: http://www.policeone.com/police-products/duty-gear/knives/articles/135274-The-Gerber-Crusader-A-lightweight- heavy knife / I read the laws of knives and stuff but I have no idea what the hell they are talking about … Any help?
