How Far should I Run Tomorrow?
I have been trying to push myself lately. For the last 2-3 weeks I’ve been running around 3-4 miles of varying intensity. Last Saturday I ran 5 miles and yesterday I ran 6.5 . Both felt good as i had run a 6 mile run about two months ago, and it wasn’t new territory. But I did get a new Hydration Pack, and it has definitely helped me. After my 6.5, I was a little sore today, but tonight, I felt all geared up for another run as I took a rest day today. So how far should I run tomorrow?
I never plan my runs,
I did 7 yesterday (first one in months, felt amazing!!) and today is my day off
tomorrow I probably will do a five bc of the day off and I’m antsy but I have snow and ice to contend with so who knows. I run 6 days usually I try to go a bit easy the first few days and then go tougher near the end when my day off is schedule this way I feel I earned a day off
I find running a lot more exciting when you just wing it and I’m a big believer in listening to your body, so when you’re out there let your legs tell you how far to go.
