What is first aid for increasing high blood pressure without using drugs?

When my grandmother have their blood pressure high, which is often confusion, and perhaps the swelling in your feet is associated with that. Is there a first Aid Kit that can help lower blood pressure without need to use drugs?

Swelling of the feet indicates that your heart or the kidney is involved. High blood pressure can cause an attack heart, stroke or acute renal failure. Controlling blood pressure and your kidney function (for microalbuminuria, creatinine, nitrogen blood urea) and heart (ECG, echocardiography and chest X-rays). Adopt DASH diet (Mediterranean diet). Consult your doctor.
