"I can put my backpack on the north side of the washing machine.?

This one can be washed in the machine, BUT, use cold water and smooth the cycle. Make sure all the detergent is dissolved in water before turn it inside in the water. Use the soak cycle first, then wait for the shortest wash cycle. Check it out in the spin cycle, my washer will not change time for the spin cycle, no matter how short the wash cycle, so I had to stop halfway through the bag to remove the nylon does not get too beat up.
