Why does my forehead and face feel hot to touch?

I don’t have a fever, It’s 98.9 and the temperature is average in here and im wearing average t-shirt… why does my face and forehead feel hot to touch? It’s kinda scaring me… cuz I have no fever at all. It’s been like this for days.

maybe the thermometer isn’t working right? Or you have high blood pressure.
