How many calories burned … do you think?

How many calories do you think is burned in a day of 8 hours of gardening. The days of work include: rake, shovel sand, singing and weeding beds of straw, with a backpack blower etc. not to mention several hours of taking the green blocks around full of leaves, twigs, sand, etc. I am curious and I can not find anything through google.

It depends on your age, height and weight to determine exactly how many calories burned labor, but serious, such as landscaping may as 250 to 350 calories and hour = 2.000 to 2.800 calories a day of 8 hours (assuming you are working out of the tail 8 hours). That number can vary greatly depending on the initial factors. Assuming you were young and about 150 pounds can consider that a hard 8 hours a day would give 2,500 calories. Maybe you could provide more information such as on a scale of 1-10 in the intensity of work, and the factors of age and weight. Hope this helps! It must at least give a point estimate.
