Best settings for amp and Overdrive / distortion pedal for blink-182?

I'm doing all the little things and want to know the best configuration. I have one Fender Stratocaster (That's like $ 400) and a Fender amp frontman of shit that comes with my brothers squier pack. but I use a pedal cuz it sounds better. is a boss overdrive / distortion pedal. so being the best settings for my guitar, amp and pedal?

Well, assuming that this is a standard home – Make sure your guitar is the humbucker pick-up (the background). There is a specific pick-up you can buy called Seamore Duncan Invader, which is what Tom Delonge used in Blink 182 and that would give the sound to perfection. That was the only pick-up he had in his home the firm. I'm not familiar with a Fender Frontman amp, but I want to turn the gain all the way up, the minimum to about 8, about 7 media, and high at about 8 or 9. An overdrive pedal really does not get the sound of Blink 182, so it is better without it. Just try to adjust the amp as I have said and use your humbucker pick-up. Also, never use your amp distortion and the distortion pedal at the same time, it will sound horrible. Make sure the amp is clean if you decide to use the pedal.
