Cycling Hydration
How I can stay hydrated before a workout early in the morning?

I cycle from 2 to 3.5 hours each Saturday morning beginning at 6:30 am. I get up at 5:10 and drive about 30 minutes to get to my club. No such clubs closer to home. Since the start time is early I have no time to hydrate properly beforehand. Never try to go thirst to bed, but either way, I wake with a dry tongue. I hydrate during breakfast and the trip there, and continuously during the trip. Step by about 1.5 to 2 liters of water during this trip (not including pre-hydration). There is a training intense time. So any idea? Is there a drink mix to promote hydration (I add apple juice to one of my bottles for rides over 65 mil)? Anything I can do before the day? BAT hydration, so do not get thirsty during the night? Lol, who said he was inside? I'm out of the 2.5 to 3 hours.

It seems that you are doing well. The only thing I can suggest to improve is to replace Gatorade, or some similar Hydration Drink (Cytomax, Powerbar resistance, etc) for part or all of the water. The carbohydrate content of 6% of the fluid transfer speeds thought the intestinal wall. For more information what I wanted in the hydration see below: PS Are you crazy? 3 hours inside? Walk out!
