Is this an in-game team or a competitive team? If this is competitive, then you first must decide what tier you would like to play in. (For example, Dewgong is NU while Dragonite is OU – therefore Dragonite cannot play in the NU tier). To read more about competitive play, I would look here;

If this is in-game, I would suggest replacing Lapras with an Electric Pokemon with a wide array of Special Attacks, such as Raichu (Thunderbolt, T-Wave/Wish/Substitute, Grass Knot, Nasty Plot).

For Ninetails, replace Confuse Ray with Hypnosis, which is much more useful. It should also hold a Wide Lens for a more accurate hit with Hypnosis and Will-O-Wisp.

I’m not sure why you have a Salac Berry on a Pokemon who does not have Substitute or Endure – so i highly suggest replacing the Berry with a Life Orb as well as a move revamp.
EQ / Waterfall / Aqua Jet / Dragon Dance
If anything, don’t ever give a physically attacking mon a special move such as Hydro Pump. :/

Dragonite is a good mixed mon, but could be put to better use.
Fly (if you need it in game – if not, Air Slash).

Dragon Claw/Dragon Pulse depending on nature.

For your Eevee, I would suggest Umbreon (Leftovers) or Espeon (Choice Specs/Scarf) with;
Wish
Baton Pass
Psychic (Espeon) / Payback (Umbreon)
Signal Beam (Espeon) / Curse (Umbreon).
