Which way is it easier to sleep?
I have a hard time sleeping. I try to go to bed at the same time, but I always end up lying down for about 2 hours before I get to sleep. It’s even worse with a lot of people. In fifth grade, our school goes to space camp. You sleep with all the girls in your entire grade in an unfamiliar setting. I slept about 3 hours, and I need at least 7.
Anyway, is it easier to get to sleep by lying down with your eyes closed and waiting until you get to sleep, or lying with your eyes open and eventually falling alseep?
I find it easier to sleep on my side, but I still don’t fall asleep for a long time. My dad says he has this problem too.
Any suggestions on ways to fall asleep without prescription meds?
if u r having trouble sleeping i would advice u to
-take a warm shower before u go to bed
-keep at least 2-3 hours time distance from your dinner to your bedtime
-excercise during the day
-go for a evening walk or an evening jog
-donot eat too much at dinner so that your metabolism doesn’t disturb your sleep
-try writting a diary or a journal to relieve yourself from the days problem
