Best backpack for hiking three days?

I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of hiking / Camping Backpack would be best for a camping trip in three days. Mostly how many liters would be good. Thank you.

Look into brands Osprey – can not be beat for convenience. I would use The Atmos 50 or 65 years for a trip of three days. You should try some of the sporting equipment in a local store to ensure the adequacy – mens and models of Women are different cuts due to differences in the hips and chest.
