Does the CamelBak Maximum Gear Storm pack have straps on it?

Does this pack have the standard Shoulder Straps,or does it only have the D rings that attach to web gear? Im pretty sure this is a newer version of the Storm pack,there was a prior one with the same design except it didn’t have the D rings,and had straps.They were issued to Marines back when the MOLLE ILBE was being introduced,are these still available anywhere?
